By using this website or engaging Millman Services LLC for services, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
Estimates
Estimates are based on the scope, conditions, and information available at the time of the walkthrough. Hidden damage, additional requests, or scope changes may affect price and timeline; we'll discuss any changes with you before proceeding. Written estimates are typically valid for 30 days.
Scheduling & deposits
A small deposit may be required to reserve your spot on the schedule. The balance is due upon completion and your satisfaction with the work. Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Workmanship
We stand behind our work. If you notice an issue with our craftsmanship, contact us and we'll make it right. Manufacturer paint warranties apply to product performance.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide reasonable access to the work area.
- Disclose known issues (leaks, mold, prior repairs) up front.
- Secure pets and valuables during the project.
Insurance & licensing
Millman Services LLC is fully insured. Proof of insurance is available on request.
Limitations
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear, acts of nature, or damage caused by third parties. Color appearance may vary slightly based on lighting and substrate.
